NICHOLAS AUEN
Born: 1982, San Diego, CA.

Nicholas Auen’s professional career began when he was 19 years old, studying under the artist Therman Statom. While working with Therman, he developed skills in glass blowing, painting, ceramics and metallic materials. With Therman’s guidance, he was also able to study with many other established artists, such as Martin Blank, Dale Chihuly, Jun Kaneko, Karen LaMonte and others. Working with these diverse artists strengthened Auen’s desire to create art that conveys messages through multiple mediums. Auen’s Envisage exhibition history debuts with Scott Richards Contemporary Art at the San Francisco Art Market April 2016
